i use to to live there but I decided to move and by my own house and I'm almost paying the same thing and I have more privacy and I can have as much cars as I can, and any type of dog as well, this place also ways manage to add more stuff to charge, like the rent of $958 then the mortgage then comes the water and now for the 3rd car if have one. Now with the towing it's just ridiculous. I wont recommend no one

Very good place to live

The prices are decent for this area. When we first moved in it was great. But a while after, things went down hill. 1. There is very little parking options. 2. Management failes to care about it's residents 3. No privacy, no space. They dropped a house on the lot next to us and that house uses our single driveway (they have their own driveway on the other side of their house) which we can barely fit our cars on due to them being way close. They will not do anything to accommodate except move our she'd back a half inch, what will that do? Nothing. We have had so many of the neighbors hit our house (with various objects) and one came close to hitting my car, so many people running between houses and as it is we have no room around our house and they do not care. We were thinking about buying a home in here but not anymore. I will be happy to move out of here and never look back!

The place has potential. The best part is the location. The schools in the surrounding area are great and the town is safe. Unfortunately Sunset Village lacks creativity and loyalty to the it's community. Things like limiting the number of cars you can own (2 max per house, they start charging after the 3rd) can be difficult for a family with two working parents and a teen who may also have their own car. A lack of yard space and crammed houses make it seem like the cost of living here is not worth it. The community has improved greatly and things seem at times to get better, but money hungry management takes away from what otherwise can be a nice place to live... Also if you plan on living here do not plan on inviting friends and family over. They tow away cars if parked outside the driveway. With the two car limit its nearly impossible to have guests over.

It's a nice place to call home.
