I brought my daughter in and she is very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. The last time I had visited a dentist's office was five years ago. Life then got in the way. I kept pushing off the visits until I came across Dr Brian Ross. I was impressed with the how and why he started his own practice. Within a few days after that meeting I had set my first appointment as his patient. Dr Ross took his time on my initial appointment to explain the current health of my teeth and gums. I never once felt that he was trying to rush through the visit. I also want to give a huge shout out to Sue and Jessica. They are very friendly and made me feel welcome from the beginning. I came to Dr. Ross after my dentist of 30 years retired. Dr. Ross is technologically advanced in the world of dentistry; and explains everything so you can understand. I'm so happy I found a new dentist, that I hope will not retire anytime soon!
When I seriously chipped my front tooth, Dr. Brian Ross was able to schedule me in the very next morning. After X-rays, a thorough explanation of treatment options, and a painless procedure, I left the office with fully intact teeth. I can't tell that any work was done, and no one else has noticed. My mom has been a patient of Dr. Ross since he took over North Shore Artistic Dentistry in 2016. He has done a wonderful job helping her maintain good dental hygiene given her age (93!) and teeth status (less than 10 teeth and two partials!). He is very responsive if she has problems -- even after hours and weekends -- and takes time to explain his care plan, not just to her, but to me as well. When she needed oral surgery, the group he referred her to was also terrific. Last, but not least, his staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this practice.
